For owner-built or renovation claims, roughly when construction started

Been denied? Bring the notice.

If the CRA has assessed and denied a claim, the date printed on your notice of assessment is the thing that matters — you have 90 days from it. Send us the notice and we’ll tell you whether the denial is arguable and how long you have.
